Previously, Matt served as Director of Property Management at Trion Properties, overseeing 6,000 units, and held key leadership roles at Goldrich Kest, managing a massive 12,000-unit portfolio and 5,000 yacht slips. A recognized industry authority, he has authored comprehensive training programs and frequently speaks at national conventions. Matt holds ARM and HCCP designations and is a licensed broker in Florida. Complementing his executive prowess, he brings a unique creative background as a Berklee College of Music alumnus with a degree in Music Business and Songwriting.
